About Brian Beason

After his father retired from the Navy, Brian’s family settled in Florida when he was a teenager. He has lived here ever since and ultimately attended law school at the University of Florida in Gainesville. For more than twenty years, Brian has proudly represented clients in civil disputes.

He has the distinction of being one of a very small group of Florida attorneys who have earned two Florida Bar Certifications – Business Litigation Law in 2011 and Civil Trial Law in 2020.

As a result of that experience, Brian has had the honor and pleasure of working with some of the best mediators in Florida. He was able to observe various mediator styles and learn different negotiation techniques that proved successful in resolving even the most difficult of cases.

Because Brian strongly believes that mediation is usually a much preferable method to resolve disputes than protracted litigation, he became certified as a circuit civil mediator. Whether via Zoom or in-person, Brian looks forward to working with you and your clients by serving as the type of mediator that he appreciates when litigating cases–a mediator who will be well prepared; listen carefully; show empathy to your clients while also testing their positions and expectations; and work hard towards resolving their case both on the date of the mediation and, if necessary, thereafter by continuing to engage the attorneys in settlement discussions.
